Chris Eubank is above the law!
From the BBC:
Former boxer Chris Eubank will not be charged over an anti-war protest in London, police have said.
The former world champion was arrested in February when he drove his truck around Whitehall in protest at Prince Harry's possible deployment to Iraq.
"No further action will be taken on the advice of the Crown Prosecution Service," said a police spokesman.
Advice that he is famous and so a prosecution under SOCPA would be embarrassing perhaps?
He was held by Metropolitan police on 22 February for allegedly breaching the peace, driving without due care and attention, and staging an unauthorised protest.
Yes, it appears to be so!
UPDATE: As poons points out in the comments, he's done it again!:
FORMER boxer Chris Eubank was arrested after stopping his huge truck at the entrance to Downing Street yesterday.
The seven-ton monster was emblazoned with a message to Gordon Brown asking him to withdraw from Iraq. A smaller sign read: "This is not a protest."
The former WBO world middleweight and super middleweight champ faces charges of breaching the peace, driving without due care and attention and an unauthorised protest.
Will he be charged this time?

I particularly liked the addition of the "This is not a protest" sign.
