The two people named on the leaflet actually are UKIP MEPs and so presumably it's official.
It's a lie to say that evolution is accepted in the US but nowhere else - the opposite is true:

Sorry, no, not official. It's a spoiler from someone unconnected with UKIP.
There's no publisher information for example, something which is a legal requirement.

Is a spoiler still a spoiler if it accurately reflects the views of the candidate in question? It would certainly be interesting to know.
This was the source of the leaflet. It looks like a scan of a paper copy; I guess it's possible that the publisher information has been inadvertently cropped off since such things are sometimes printed near the margins.
